The staff at Meraki Lash and Beauty Bar goes through every effort to ensure your experience with us is as enjoyable as possible. We value you and your time. Your appointments are very important to us, they are reserved especially for you, and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we have instituted the following policies to make your time with us a memorable and lasting one.
APPOINTMENT ONLY FOR LASH EXTENSIONS POLICY

We require an appointment for Eye Lash Extensions only. We require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment. All online booking also requires credit information to hold your appointment. We take your privacy seriously. Meraki Lash and Beauty Bar may collect personally identifiable information when you use automatic booking. We will never sell nor share your personal information with anyone.
NO-SHOW, NO-CALL POLICY
Any appointment that a client fails to call and adjust or cancel will be considered a “no-show.” And will be charged 100% of the service cost. Any appointment that is canceled without the requested 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service cost.

LATE ARRIVALS POLICY
We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. Thus, out of respect for our clientele, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored only at salon discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As such, we ask that any changes or cancellations are made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations will not be accepted via e-mail.

CHILDREN
We adore your children, but It is difficult to keep an eye on your child while your eyes are shut getting extensions applied. We also want to maintain a quiet, tranquil space to dedicate an excellent, relaxing, stress-free service to you and all other clients. If they must come with you, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the lobby.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGes
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality lash and skincare products with your services. In the event you purchase any of our products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 7 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead, a salon credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any future products or services.
